Notice to All Team Competitors and Participants

The Diving New Zealand Pacific Junior Diving Championships is an international competition and as such is likely to be photographed and broadcast to both local and international networks.  This may include television, internet live streaming networks and other internet broadcasting and general media networks and publications.  All competitors, participants and spectators are hereby notified and advised that due to the nature of photography andbroadcast video, attendance may result in both local and international publication.

Hotel Shuttle Information

Post-Event Function Meal

(For team managers organising transport of the team)
Brentwood hotel have a complimentary airport shuttle that operates 24/7 on demand. The shuttle only seats 11 passengers so several trips may be needed for your team. Alternatively you can take an airport taxi/uber/shuttle - the hotel is close to the airport.
For pick-ups from the airport
After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call Brentwood hotel on freephone 0508 273 689. 
If you have an international cell phone or no cell phone, please use the Pay Phone located downstairs by the International Arrival (next to the Welcome to Wellington sign).  Lift the receiver, dial 0508 273 689 and wait for Reception to answer.
The pick-up zone is located on the ground floor.  Exit the terminal through the left most sliding door, cross to the third platform for pick-up.
For drop-offs to the airport
please arrange shuttle with Reception at check in for international flight departs before 7am. 
If you are a parent or friend of a diver competing at the Pacific Junior Diving Championships and would like to attend the post-event function meal, please complete this online form no later than Monday 19 August. There will be awards and speeches at this event!
The function will be held on Sunday 25 August at the Brentwood Hotel at approximately 5pm (time will be confirmed later). 
The buffet meal is $40pp and drinks are not included. There is a cash bar on the premises.
Payment will need to be made in NZ cash on Friday 23 August at the event.
NOTE:
Diving teams registered to compete at this event do not need to complete the above form as function meals are included as part of the package.
Event officials/guests who have received an invitation directly from DNZ, please also register through the above online form.

Merchandise

​Thank you to those who have ordered merchandise. Your order will be available at the event for pickup. Please remember to bring NZ money to pay on pickup. 
We will take orders during the event for anyone who did not order but would like to. There will be an extra charge for shipping and handling for these orders.

Diverecorder Information

All dive sheets have been submitted - thank you to everyone for doing this by the deadline!
All divers are required to submit their dive sheets no later than 14 August 2019.
Click here to  submit your dive sheets. 
A couple of points to note:
  • After entering your dive sheets in DiveRecorder, you will be sent a confirmation email. Please print this email or bring a digital copy to the competition as confirmation that you have entered. 
  • Please submit dive sheets no later than 13 August 2019. You will still be able to make changes to your entry by manually amending your printed dive sheet at the pool. 
  • Any queries regarding entries, email the Meet Director, Richard Greenwood.
  •  All synchro platform events will be off the 10m only.
  • There will be no 13 & Under platform synchro events as the maximum platform height these age groups can dive is 7.5m and unfortunately our 5m and 7.5m platforms are not wide enough for synchro. 3m synchro is available.
  • Team event registrations will be done manually (not through DiveRecorder) during the event and will follow the FINA rules for Group A/B Combined Mixed Team Event.
