Diving New Zealand is the national body of springboard and platform diving in New Zealand.
We promote the sport of diving in New Zealand and support our affiliated clubs around the country. There are four active diving clubs in New Zealand with over 500 young and adult divers participating in classes, ranging from recreational to elite level. Diving is a growing sport in New Zealand – recent successes on the international stage have helped increase its popularity. Diving is a self-funded sport in New Zealand. Diving New Zealand and all clubs are run mainly by volunteers who regularly apply for funding to help them meet the financial needs of their organisations.
